Cross & Bowen was established in 1992 through the merger of Ronald Cross & Co. and Brinley Bowen Mills & Co., both long-standing established firms in Swansea.

Meet The Partners
Roger Margetts
Roger is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and was a partner with Ronald Cross & Co. before the merger into Cross & Bowen. Roger has over 35 years experience in the profession. He has a diverse portfolio of clients and advises them on a wide range of accountancy and business matters.

Timothy Hopkins
Tim is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and was a partner with Brinley Bowen Mills & Co. before the merger. Tim uses his three decades of experience in the profession to offer advice to his clients who include large companies and several large charities.

Meet The Staff
Nicholas Davies
Nick joined Ronald Cross & Co. in 1985 and progressed through the ranks from junior to his present position of manager. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. In addition to overseeing the audit department, Nick advises clients on a wide range of services including personal and corporate taxation, VAT and accounting systems.

Gaynor Moult
Gaynor joined Ronald Cross & Co. in 1989 and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. She is a member of the audit and accounts team.

Susan Tyrrell
Sue joined the firm in 1994 and has over twenty years experience in the profession. She is a member of the audit and accounts team.

Julie Corbett
Julie joined the firm in 1998 and has recently qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant. She is a senior member of the audit and accounts team.

Joanna Lawrie
Jo joined Brinley Bowen Mills & Co. in 1991 and is currently administration manager and head of the firm´s payroll department that offers a payroll bureau service to many of our clients.

Kayleigh Gubb
Kayleigh joined us in October 2009 on a Modern Apprenticeship Scheme. She carries out a wide range of secretarial duties as well as being the main contact at reception.
